A new event in 2019! Midnight Madness - The Theatre Showcase Event at Keyano Recital Theatre

Harkening back to the old days of InterPLAY, this variety showcase night will feature live music, silent auction, improv comedy, theatre performances, and much more. 

Of course it wouldn’t be a Food Festival event without food and drinks that will delight all the senses. Tickets are available now! Don’t miss out on this evening of entertainment at Keyano Theatre.

8:00 p.m. - Lobby reception with entertainment from Éva La Prairie, silent auction and bar service
8:30 p.m. - Doors open to Recital Theatre
9:00 p.m. - Local performances
10:00 p.m. - Mingling break with bar service
10:30 p.m. - "The Wrestling Play" presented by Theatre; Just Because
11:15 p.m. - Mingling break with bar service
12:00 p.m. - Grindstone Theatre’s 11 O’Clock Number – An improvised Musical
1:30 a.m. - Event concludes

The Wrestling Play synopsis

The Wrestling Play tells the story of Charles - a mild-mannered gentleman who quits his job as a teacher to become a professional wrestler in the heart of Mexico City. Faced with numerous challenges, Charles discovers that taking life into his own hands is not as easy as it seems.

This one-man, one-act show is written and performed by Justin Shaw.
